11- Hunter’s Sala-Meal

Another great way to enjoy steak is to eat it in a salad- this is a recipe for all you carnivores out there.

Kale, steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, yellow peppers, lettuce, avocado

Many lifelong meat eaters tend to stay away from salads, passing them off as rabbit food. Not this one. Our Hunter’s salad is enough to satisfy all your primal cravings, giving you a deliciously meaty hit that’s bursting with flavor and protein.

Kale is the wonder veg of the moment, and it’s no surprise when you consider just how many great vitamins and nutrients are hidden in those rich, dark green leaves. There’s loads of iron in kale, which combines effortlessly with the steak to get those red blood cells working harder to keep you healthy and full of life. Creamy avocado adds those all-important good fats, while the yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce add some more layers of crunch and flavorsome goodness.

This salad is not for the veggies (the clue’s in the name) but it’s likely to be a firm favorite with protein seekers and meat lovers.

Perfect for- carnivores, kids, pregnant mums, older people, athletes
